My Android App: PULSE NEWS

As promised to myself I will keep my blog alive by writing at least 1 app installed using my Galaxy Tab.

My app for today would be the PULSE. This is a great news reader. There are many news reader in the Android Market today but PULSE stands out from the crowd!

I fell in love with the app when I first installed it in my iPod touch so I made sure that I have it installed in my SGT. I am a visual person and one thing I noticed when I browse to different blogsites is that I look at the image on the article first before I start reading them. Not sure why but that helps me better understand what i'm reading and PULSE does a very good job in providing that enticing layout and images.

I personally think that it's the perfect app because of it's great features like:

Browse and Read: Even when your reading it gives you the option to browse to other articles. Not to mention the cool layout and UI it has.

Spread the news: Just hit the F or T icon and in seconds your status is updated. You don't have to copy and paste a link to your Facebook or Twitter account. hassle free!

Personalization: One of the things I hate the most are clutters that's why I make sure that even in my apps i'm organized and that's where PULSE is good at. The app let's you customize your pages based on categories like Technology, Music,Lifestyle, Business and even facebook updates! LoL

There are other great features like Importing, Syncing of articles from Google reader feeds.
