Life Changing Coaching

I guess I don' t know if i'm being arrogant for not accepting the opportunity to work with my former boss, Am I?

I hope he understands where I am coming from. I have yet to see my progress in my current project and I want to see the fruits of my labor myself.

I have bigger plans for the project and I have set my mind for this project for the entire year. I owe him a lot like big time! Whatever skills I have I owe it all to him and I will always be grateful to him for that... This is not me saying bull shit or bull crap but when you get to work with him it's really a pleasure. Not everyone is given that opportunity to work with him and not everyone gets to have that chance to work with him.

I remember Brian H.  saying "you have to teach them how to fish..." 

Appreciate all the things you thought me about leadership and coaching.  Thanks boss for the life changing coaching! :-)
